We focus on the deeper aspects of facilitating change, aiming to transform the mindset and motivations of individuals to contribute meaningfully to sustainability.

Leadership for Sustainable Future does not address technical aspects of sustainability, such as CSRD regulations, ESRS reporting requirements, or GHG protocol standards. Instead, it complements these technical elements by exploring the deeper „how” and „why” of effective change processes.

Leaders and changemakers: We support individuals with the ambition and potential to lead sustainability efforts.
Professionals engaged or preparing to engage in sustainability efforts within organizations, emphasizing the development of skills needed for profound and challenging human system changes.
Organizations and communities: We assist them in preparing for a rapidly evolving global environment and unforeseen changes.

Each year, a cohort of leaders and changemakers will complete the program, prepared to drive systems toward sustainability transformation. The program builds a network of graduates and offers tools and spaces for ongoing support in their change efforts.
