1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1 These Regulations set out the terms and conditions for the use of the Information Service provided by the Fundacja na rzecz Sprawczości (the „Foundation”) in the form of a website at www.lsfuture.org.

1.2 In matters related to the operation of the Service, you can contact the Foundation by e-mail at contact@lsfuture.org or by postal mail to the address of the Foundation’s headquarters.

1.3 These Terms of Service constitute the fulfillment of the obligation specified in Article 8 of the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means (dated 18.07.2002) and are made available free of charge on the Foundation’s website at www.lsfuture.org.

2. PRINCIPLES OF USING THE SERVICE

2.1 All functionalities of the Service are made available free of charge to all users using the Internet. Each user should familiarize himself/herself with the content of the Terms of Service.

2.2 Use of the Service by the Users implies acceptance of the provisions of these Regulations.

2.3 Use of the Service requires having a computer or other device with access to the Internet, any web browser. For selected functionalities of the Service, it is necessary to have an active e-mail account.

2.4 Users are obliged to use the Service in a manner consistent with the content of these Regulations and respect for the law. It is forbidden to provide content that violates the law and to interfere with the operation of the Website of the Service.

2.5 Within the Service, the Foundation provides information on the subject matter of its activities.

2.6 The Foundation makes every effort for the proper functioning of the Service and adapting it to the needs of users. Each user has the opportunity to report objections, errors and other irregularities in the functioning of the Service by e-mail at www.lsfuture.org or by mail to the address of the Foundation’s headquarters.

2.7 Replies to submitted irregularities in the operation of the Service will be provided immediately, but no later than within 14 days of receipt of the report.

3. PERSONAL DATA

3.1 The Administrator of personal data of the Service users is the Fundacja na rzecz Sprawczości, with registered office in Warsaw (00-137) , 13 Elektoralna Street, loc. 121, registered in the Register of Associations, Other Social and Professional Organizations, Foundations and Independent Public Health Care Centers kept under the KRS number 0001028102, NIP 5252950206, REGON 524898461.

4. FINAL PROVISIONS

4.1 The Regulations are effective as of 11.05.2023.

4.2 In matters not regulated by the provisions of the Regulations, the provisions of the Act on Electronic Service Provision and the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
