Methodology

  • This program emphasizes experiential learning, which enhances the process of gaining new insights, knowledge, behaviors, skills, values, attitudes, and preferences. It aims to immerse participants in real-world challenges and employs a variety of engaging teaching methods to encourage profound learning and shift participants’ perspectives and actions.
  • Having a diverse group of participants mirrors the dynamics they will encounter in different organizations following the program. This diversity facilitates immediate learning opportunities, allowing participants to evaluate outcomes and enhance their skills through focused analysis rather than general education.
  • The approach incorporates self-reflection, evaluation, group interactions, and coaching techniques. As participants work through their leadership challenges, they acquire broader perspectives, develop strategies, and create practical solutions that can be explored in collaboration with their peers and instructors. The program fosters collaborative learning and establishes working groups, creating a supportive environment for participants to apply their knowledge in practice before integrating it into their everyday roles.
