Consultant, facilitator, educator and coach focusing his work on organization development, leadership and change. He graduated from the Łódź Film School and spent 20 years working for the marketing communication industry. Being at the top of his career he pivoted from working through the people to working for the people. He graduated from the PwC Coaching Academy, and graduated from the Leadership Academy for Poland to follow his purpose: helping people and organizations expand, tackle hardest challenges and thrive. As a marketing communication professional he created the Advertising Producers Club, first fully professional advertising producers association that focused on supporting leading Polish advertising production companies work towards improving industry business and ethical standards. Currently, he works with people and organizations consulting on complex issues of teamwork and stakeholder management, leadership development, organizational adaptation, development and change. Effects of this work are deployed in the organizations through tailor-made workshops, leadership development programs and change initiatives. He is a co-founder and program director of Leadership for Sustainable Future program that aims at developing leaders and changemakers who will successfully transform human systems for a sustainable future of humanity and the planet.
