PRIVACY POLICY 

Foundation for visitors to the Information Service

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1 This Privacy Policy contains information regarding the processing of personal data by the Fundacja na rzecz Sprawczości („the Foundation”) of persons using the Information Service in the form of the website at www.lsfuture.org.

1.2 The Administrator of the personal data of the Users is the Fundacja na rzecz Sprawczości with its seat in Warsaw (00-137) , Elektoralna 13 loc. 121 entered in the Register of Associations, Other Social and Professional Organizations, Foundations and Independent Public Health Care Centers kept under the KRS number 0001028102, NIP 5252950206, REGON 524898461.

1.3 Whenever this Policy refers to „personal data”, it should be understood as information about an identified or directly or indirectly identifiable natural person, in particular on the basis of an identifier such as name, location data, Internet identifier, e-mail address, place of employment, position, data identifying a computer, tablet or cell phone, IP number, location, visited websites (interests).

1.4 The Administrator shall process personal data in accordance with the applicable provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC („RODO”).

1.5 This Privacy Policy fulfills the information obligation referred to in Articles 13 and 14 of the RODO

2. PURPOSES AND BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

2.1 The Foundation processes Users’ personal data on the basis of its legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO), which is: managing the Site, ensuring the security of the Site and Users, conducting statistical analysis, among others in Google Analytics, fulfilling its legal obligations under the RODO in terms of exercising its rights and therefore archiving requests addressed to the Foundation or informing about privacy risks.

2.2 The Administrator may process Users’ personal data: name, surname, contact phone, email address, place of employment, position, data identifying computer, tablet or cell phone, IP number, location, visited websites (interests).

2.3 Decisions regarding processed personal data are not made by automated means, and personal data are not subject to profiling.

3. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

3.1 Personal data may be transferred to public or private entities if such an obligation arises from generally applicable laws. As part of its activities, the Foundation may entrust the processing of personal data to third parties who process it on its behalf and do not use it for their own purposes. These entities will be from European Union member states or other countries that sufficiently protect personal data. Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area.

4. PERIOD OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

4.1 The Foundation will process personal data for the following period of time:

4.1.1 analyzing activity on the Site and conducting statistical analysis – until the expiration of the
usefulness of such data,

4.1.2 manage the Site – until the expiration of the usefulness of such data,

4.1.3 to ensure the security of the Site and Users – until the expiration of the usefulness of such data,

4.1.4 to comply with legal obligations under the RODO in terms of exercising rights and therefore archiving requests made to the Foundation or informing Users of threats to their privacy – until the expiration of limitation periods.

5. USERS’ RIGHTS

5.1 The User of the Service has the right to: access to the content of their personal data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, to object to processing, to withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal).

5.2 Notification of the User’s assertion of an entitlement under the listed rights should be sent to contact@lsfuture.org.

5.3 The Administrator shall comply or refuse to comply with the request immediately – within a maximum of one month of receipt.

5.4 The User has the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if he/she considers that the processing violates his/her rights and freedoms (RODO).

3. PERSONAL DATA

3.1 The administrator of personal data of the Service users is the Fundacja na rzecz Sprawczości, based in Warsaw (00-137) , Elektoralna 13 lok. 121 registered in the Register of Associations, Other Social and Professional Organizations, Foundations and Independent Public Health Care Institutions kept under KRS number 0001028102, NIP 5252950206, REGON 524898461.

4. COOKIES

4.1 The Service collects information through cookies – session, permanent and third-party cookies.

4.2 The collection of cookies supports the correct provision of services on the Site and serves statistical purposes.

4.3 The User may determine the extent of access of cookies to his/her device in the browser settings.

5. FINAL PROVISIONS

5.1 The Administrator has the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy, but the Users’ rights will not be restricted.

5.2 Information about the introduced changes will appear in the form of a message available on the Site.

5.3 In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of RODO and the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
